Booking information
To reserve space, complete the trip application and send a deposit of $500 toward land cost. Reserve early so we can host you well. Deposits are by bank transfer:

After the deposit arrives we send confirmation, a detailed itinerary, packing list, and reading list. We can arrange a call, help with domestic flights, or add services. You may also reserve online with traveller details — deposit instructions follow.
Roam Beyond may change an itinerary for new government rules, political instability, natural calamity, or the safety of the group.
Land cost includes
- Transportation in the best available jeeps or minibuses (other than airfare)
- Twin-share accommodation (singles optional, subject to availability)
- All meals while touring
- Guide, crew, and drivers as per itinerary
- Local permits and entrance fees as per itinerary
Land cost does not include
- Airfares; insurance of any kind; immunizations
- Emergency medical costs beyond first aid from the trip leader
- Laundry, alcohol, gratuities, donations
- Costs from delay or extension due to weather, politics, illness, or transport failure
Carry a passport valid six months after your trip ends, and insurance that covers emergency evacuation and medical care. We also recommend cancellation, interruption, and baggage cover.
Cancellation policy
- More than 90 days: $500
- 61–90 days: 35% of land cost
- 30–60 days: 75% of land cost
- Less than 30 days: no refund
